Project Intern As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Application Deadline Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to the internship period. Responsibilities - Assist with planning people engagement projects, drafting communication to deliver culture & business impact messages, setting the agenda, driving action items, and other administrative duties for retaining global business projects. - Assist in planning, launching and iterating on team-wide Employee Engagement Programs such as Communications, Global All Hands, Employee Survey Action Plans, Newsletters, and Reward & Recognition Programs by working closely with internal stakeholders such as HRBPs and Pillar Leads. - Scheduling and coordinating all behind-the-scenes training session logistics such as accurately managing attendee lists, inviting trainees, sending and collating training survey results - Optimizing training program efficiency through detailed organization of training resources, creation of supporting training material, and data analysis of training program effectiveness - Collaborating with the global L&D team to work on new programs and initiatives that will create valuable and fun learning experiences for everyone both in the classroom and outside
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master - Especially proficient in written English as you will be creating communications that will be highly visible to regional stakeholders - High attention to detail, yet be able to balance between being result-oriented and process-oriented Preferred Qualifications - Experience in administration is not required but preferred - Strong Communication and Responsible mindset - Growth mindset due to the fast-paced, ever changing nature of the TikTok culture, no previous tech industry experience required as we believe diverse, outside industry knowledge is an asset not a liability D&I Statement ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
