Responsibilities Scale a book of enterprise and midmarket merchant partners to assist the team in driving topline revenue growth for our eCommerce business. Identify, prioritize, and acquire a book of fashion and retail merchants to support category growth. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing best practices, and case studies. Update active clients on product developments and new promotional opportunities. Solve key challenges to business growth through strong collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing and presenting complex data and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; Account management, including assessing client’s performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth; Iterating on online marketing campaign strategy using market trend and data insight; Developing strategic plans and solutions for clients and translating complex data into informative charts and dashboards using data visualization tools; and Creating PowerPoint presentations and providing reports using Microsoft Word.
