WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✨
We are looking for a ERP Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale ERP and corporate system implementation projects. This is a key role in organizing and driving automation initiatives at a global level — from analyzing business needs to final launch and integration.
The ideal candidate knows how to connect different business functions, build communication in a global environment, and successfully deliver complex transformational projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀
System Implementation Projects
- Lead ERP and other corporate system implementation projects (Finance, People, Operations).
- Manage all stages: from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support.
- Ensure integration with existing processes and tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, People, Operations, IT, and other teams.
- Build transparent communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Organize regular status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation.
- Design and implement solutions to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance throughout execution.
Global Scope
- Manage projects in a multicultural and distributed environment.
- Ensure compliance with local requirements across different countries.
- Negotiate and coordinate with external consultants and vendors.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 🌟
- 7+ years of experience in managing ERP and corporate system implementation projects.
- Proven track record in international markets and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or similar) and automation tools.
- Solid project management skills: planning, risk management, budgeting, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with external vendors and system integrators.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluent English; an additional European language is a plus.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
