Job Description

As the Executive Producer, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative user-generated content tools, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality experiences. You will oversee production pipelines, manage multiple teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align with business goals. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong understanding of game development, project management skills, and the ability to balance creative ambition with production efficiency. This includes defining production strategy, overseeing multiple teams, managing project scope, optimizing workflows, and mitigating risks. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, foster stakeholder relationships, and mentor producers to build a collaborative environment.
Must have:
  • Extensive game production experience with successful projects.
  • Senior production role experience (Senior/Lead/Executive Producer).
  • Strong leadership skills to influence and inspire teams.
  • Deep understanding of game development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and large-scale projects.
  • Ability to balance creative vision and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Description

As our new Executive Producer, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative user-generated content tools, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality experiences. You will oversee production pipelines, manage multiple teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align with business goals. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of game development, strong project management expertise, and the ability to balance creative ambition with production efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and drive the overall production strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and creative vision.
  • Oversee multiple production teams, establishing clear goals, priorities, and roadmaps for successful execution.
  • Partner with leadership to set project scope, timelines, and key deliverables, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and team effectiveness.
Production Oversight & Execution

  • Own the production pipeline, optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth development across all phases.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain clear production tracking and reporting processes to provide transparency and accountability.
  • Drive Agile methodologies and best practices to maximize team productivity and output.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between development, design, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
  • Champion clear, consistent communication across teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and priorities.
  • Lead key production meetings, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status updates, ensuring follow-through on action items.
Team Leadership & Culture

  • Mentor and develop producers, empowering them to take ownership and drive results.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance production culture.
  • Ensure teams are properly resourced and structured for success, optimizing talent allocation and workload distribution.
  • Advocate for team needs and provide strategic guidance to support their growth and development.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in game production, with a proven track record of shipping successful projects.
  • Extensive  experience in a senior production role (e.g., Senior Producer, Lead Producer, or Executive Producer).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and align teams toward common goals.
  • Deep understanding of game development processes, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Experience managing multiple teams, large-scale projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creative vision, technical feasibility, and project constraints.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
