Job Description

As a field auditor in the RMS service, you will be responsible for collecting data in traditional channels (traditional stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bars, kiosks). You will provide information on sales, purchases, inventories, and distribution. You will perform audits adhering to company procedures and policies, including capturing product characteristics, scanning barcodes, taking inventory, and validating data. You will also integrate new stores to be part of the study sample. The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Must have:

Capture product characteristics such as size and price.
Scan barcodes with a Hand Held device.
Perform inventory in stores (audit point).
Validate information captured in the hand held.
Integrate new stores into the study sample.

Good to have:

Experience in sales or operational positions (warehouse worker, driver, cashiers, etc.).
Basic knowledge of computers (Office suite).
Basic knowledge of the Android operating system.
Numerical ability (basic operations).

Job Description

Un auditor de campo en el servicio de RMS se encarga de recolección de datos en canal tradicional. (Tiendas tradicionales, farmacias, restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, estanquillos, kioskos) proporcionando información relativa a ventas, compras, inventarios y distribución.

Realizar auditorías apegándose a los procedimientos y políticas de la empresa:

Responsabilidades

Capturar características del producto (tamaño, medida, precio, etc)
Escanear códigos de barra con Hand Held
Realizar inventario en existencia de tienda (punto de auditoría)
Validar información capturada en la hand held
Integrar nuevas tiendas para que formen parte de la muestra de estudio y se conviertan en un nuevo punto de auditoría.

Qualifications

Escolaridad mínima – Deseable desde Bachillerato Trunco

Deseable Experiencia– Ventas, posiciones operativas (almacenista, chofer, cajeros, etc) y trabajo en campo.

Deseable Conocimientos básicos en computación (paquetería Office)

Deseable Conocimientos básicos en sistema operativo android

Manejo de conflictos

Autonomía

Habilidad numérica (capacidad para realizar operaciones básicas: suma, resta, multiplicación y división).

Apego a normas

Orientación a resultados
