Job Description

The Game Operations Manager will oversee operations and publishing in the South Asia/Southern Africa region. Responsibilities include liaising with development and regional teams, managing KPIs, developing regional activities and commercial strategies based on user needs, and overseeing commercial integrations and promotional campaigns. The role also involves managing third-party payment channels, expanding point card services, optimizing user payment experience, and conducting data analysis and reporting. A deep understanding of the regional user base, competitor analysis, and community feedback is crucial. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of game operations experience, with proven experience in overseas publishing and a strong understanding of FPS games. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Deep understanding of FPS games and South Asia market
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills
English fluency
Manage KPIs and regional activities

●负责南亚/南部非洲区域的运营和发行工作，对接研发和区域本地发行团队，肩负项目KPI；围绕区域重点节点，根据南亚区域用户需求，制定区域活动和商业化策略；

●根据产品主线内容及专项更新，主导区域商业化植入及推广方案的制定及落地执行，负责专项玩法的运营对接与推广落地；主导区域三方支付渠道对接运营，拓展南亚/南部非洲点卡业务，优化区域用户支付体验，为收入KPI负责；

●深入了解南亚区域用户特征，结合社群与用研反馈，以及对竞品动向的深入分析，为团队输出合理可靠的区域运营洞察，给出后续规划思路和建议，推动并关注实际落地；

●新产品拓展及尝试；基础的数据分析和常规汇报工作。

Requirements:

●3年以上游戏运营经验，有海外发行营经验；

●热爱游戏，游戏经验丰富，对FPS品类有深度理解；

●良好的沟通和协作能力，接受并有能力解决克服差异和时差的影响；

●英语可作为工作语言。
