Job Description

As Global SVP - Sales Operations, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, evolving and scaling the Sales Operations function. This role involves measuring and improving sales processes, defining systems for AE productivity, identifying sales efficiency technologies, and managing sales analytics and reporting. You will streamline strategies, assign quotas, balance territories, and enhance pipeline visibility, while also assisting with sales incentive compensation and administering the CRM (SFDC). The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience leading sales operations in high-growth companies, with deep expertise in sales automation and CRM systems.
Must Have:

What You’ll Do

You’ll be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer as an integral partner in continuing to evolve and scale our Sales Operations function..

  • Collaboratively work across the organization to continually: Measure the existing sales process, identify inefficiencies, eliminate friction and measure the result.
  • Help define, design, and create the systems to track ramping and ramped AE productivity.
  • Assist in the identification of solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency and consequently, revenue growth. This individual will also insure the adoption of these tools.
  • Responsible for sales analytics and reporting on sales performance. You will be responsible for providing specific information, including weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual pipeline, achievement, and performance reports.
  • Streamline sales processes and strategies, assigning quotas, balancing territories, and enhancing the visibility of pipeline management.
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales and financial reports, and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Work with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis.
  • Designs and administers the organization’s CRM (SFDC).

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$260,000 - $433,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, and skills of our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
