Position Summary
Toyota Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Marketing team as the Graphic Designer II. The Graphic Designer II will develop and maintain our existing marketing assets and content. This role will create and design a variety of digital, video and print materials to support new product launches, marketing programs and customer support for Toyota Material Handling. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touch points. This position will work closely with the Product Development, Sales, Training, other TMH teams and TMHNA, as well as business partners, to create, manage, execute or otherwise provide high quality and impactful materials that align with the Toyota core brand values and are compliant with the brand standards.
Essential Position Duties
- Ability to intake a creative request and think at a strategic level on how to execute on request.
- Create, update and maintain all TMH sales and service literature
- Manage graphic design and production for both all Marketing digital and print projects
- Provide UX and design direction for digital initiatives.
- Complete close loop reporting on how design tactics perform once launched.
- Assist with planning of photo and video shoots
- Lead creation and installation of physical designs (wall installations, structures, etc.)
- Retouch and/or coordinate post processing of photography from shoots
- Assist with all updates to Toyota Asset Management Library
- Coordinate and create custom collateral and exhibit pieces for tradeshows
- Assist with special projects/events as needed
- Assist as a Toyota brand champion for TMH and dealer network ensuring compliance with TMH and TICO guidelines
- Graphic and web design
- Print production management
- Managing digital assets
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- BA/BS or working experience in the graphic design field of work.
- 3 years of experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. We require work samples to apply for this position.
- Experience designing for a content optimization strategy. This person must create assets for our web team that are mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a major plus.
- Highly organized, with an advanced understanding of digital asset organization and storage.

Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
