Must Have:

Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in a technologically demanding environment (XR, VR/AR, Gaming, Simulation, Consumer Electronics)
In-depth technical understanding of software/hardware architectures, infrastructure, and cloud solutions
Experience in building and scaling development, operations, and quality systems
Strong strategic thinking and operational implementation competence
Leadership with high communication and organizational skills, capable of international action
Very good German and English language skills

Your tasks:

Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team
Selection, evaluation, and introduction of new technologies and tools to make our XR solutions scalable, performant, and future-proof.
Ensuring high quality, security, and productivity standards in development and operations.
Close collaboration with management, CTO, and other stakeholders to achieve corporate goals.
Building and maintaining technology partnerships, collaborations, and monitoring market and technology trends.
Responsibility for project and budget planning in the tech area as well as resource allocation.

Key Qualifications:

Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification.
Several years of leadership experience in a technologically demanding environment – ideally in XR, VR/AR, gaming, simulation, or consumer electronics.
In-depth technical understanding of software and hardware architectures as well as infrastructure and cloud solutions.
Experience in building and scaling development, operations, and quality systems.
Strong strategic thinking, combined with operational implementation competence.
Leadership personality with high communication and organizational skills, who can also operate internationally.
Very good German and English language skills.
