If you join our studio as an intern in the HR department, you would contribute to the team's efforts with the following responsibilities:
 

• Supports the team in the recruitment process – prescreening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, giving feedback, etc.
• Actively participates in external and internal employer branding activities
• Support the team in establishing the social media profiles of the studio (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Contributes to the planning, creation and editing of content for the social media accounts of Gameloft Sofia
• Induction & mentoring program overseeing
• Participates in the planning and organizing of Internal company events planning and organizing
• Engagement and satisfaction initiatives support
• Reporting
• Local and global projects support

We, at Gameloft Sofia HR Team, are looking for a teammate who has:

• Previous internship experience in the HR field will be considered a plus
• Degree in Economics, Psychology, HR Management or relevant
• Very good command of English – written and spoken
• Experience in video editing and content creation will be considered a plus
• Excellence in MS office – mainly Word and Excel
• Energy to learn
• Self-driven and highly organized personality
