About the Role 
The Talent [HR] Team is looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations EMEA and APAC team! Reporting to Director, HR Operations, EMEA & APAC, you will be working closely with our EMEA teams, across 12 countries, for WildBrain to support the coordination of HR operations team.

Job Description

  • Facilitate new hire preboarding processes [country specific], conducting operational orientation sessions, and ensuring proper documentation is completed for all new hires for audit and payroll purposes.
  • Prepare and process various HR documents [country specific], such as employment contracts, right to work documentation, employment changes and exit documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR trackers and HR systems: UKG and Papaya Global.
  • Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules), and benefit enrolment/de-enrolment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing the central mailbox, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Educate employees on HR processes, programs, and guidelines.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects as required.
  • Other HR operations duties as required to support the Director and Manager of HR Operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in thriving within a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Passionate about cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at navigating ambiguity.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices or keen interest to learn about various countries.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using HR databases and systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to employee satisfaction.
  • CIPD certification or equivalent professional experience.
