Visualizer (Illustrator) for Storyboarding of videos

We are looking for a Visualizer with Storyboard design skills who is able to visualize and create engaging on-brand storyboards for a variety of media. This position requires ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements, create engaging storyboards for videos, and designs, layouts for various media.

Role

You would be responsible for interpreting the client brief/script and translate the same into appealing visuals in the form of storyboard. Must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities

● Develop storyboards, for various video styles (illustration, Live image/Footage based, sketches, etc) that can be used by the animators/motion designers for creating the videos

● Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

● Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on clients’ brand guidelines

● Work with copywriters and creative lead to produce the final design

● Amend designs after feedback

● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

● Study design briefs and determine requirements

Requirements

● Proven experience as a visualizer and storyboard artist

● A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

● Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

● A keen eye for aesthetics and details

● Excellent communication skills

● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

● Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field would be a plus

Core software skills:

● Photoshop

● Illustrator

Additional software skills:

MS PowerPoint

Familiarity of Aftereffects and Cinema 4D software would be a plus

Experience: 4-6 years of industry experience. Minimum 3 years in a reputed design house. Candidate with previous experience as a storyboard artist would get preference
