We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d) for our Head Office in Vösendorf. This full-time role involves acting as the interface between headquarters and customer management teams in the markets, creating processes, handling inquiries about central guidelines and systems, and processing customer agreements.

Must Have

  • Act as the interface between headquarters and customer management teams in the hypermarkets.
  • Create processes for the markets in close cooperation with the team.
  • Process inquiries regarding central guidelines and systems with a strong service orientation.
  • Handle central processing of customer agreements and other organizational activities.
  • Completed gastronomic and/or commercial training.
  • Dynamic personality with relevant professional experience and organizational talent.
  • Communicative, empathetic, convincing, and eloquent nature.
  • Structured, market- and customer-oriented thinking and acting.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Full-time, 38.5 hours per week, starting immediately

Job Description

Your tasks:

  • You form the interface between the headquarters and the customer management teams in the hypermarkets
  • In close cooperation and coordination with the team, and through your strong network within the headquarters, you create processes for the markets
  • With your pronounced service orientation, you process inquiries regarding central guidelines and systems
  • You take over the central processing of customer agreements as well as many other organizational activities

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed gastronomic and/or commercial training
  • You are a dynamic personality with relevant professional experience and organizational talent
  • You are communicative with an empathetic personality and a convincing and eloquent nature
  • You think and act in a structured, market- and customer-oriented way
  • You have very good German language skills, and we welcome any additional foreign language you speak
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, complete your profile

Your salary package:

Your salary depends on your qualifications and experience; we will gladly discuss the details personally. The collective agreement minimum salary for this full-time position is € 2,303,- gross/month, with the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
