Shop Manager – Odense Vestergade

As Rituals' new shop manager, you are responsible for the store's customer experience and sales targets. This includes close collaboration with the area manager to drive store sales, achieve set KPIs, and ensure success. You will develop monthly plans based on productivity goals, ensure optimal store administration (HR, recruitment, scheduling, cash control, security), and manage the store's budget. You will also handle product inventory and daily routines, and foster well-being and engagement among employees through regular meetings.

Must Have

• Collaborate closely with the area manager to drive store sales and achieve KPIs.
• Develop monthly plans based on productivity goals.
• Ensure optimal store administration (HR, recruitment, scheduling, cash control, security).
• Manage the store's budget.
• Handle product inventory and daily store routines.
• Create well-being and engagement among employees through regular meetings.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a shop manager in retail or customer service.
• Leadership skills (communication, coaching, developing others).
• Ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions.
• Collaborative, responsive, and communicative.
• Good system and data skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Job Description

As Rituals' new shop manager, you are responsible for the store's customer experience and sales targets. This includes, among other things, that you:

• Have a close collaboration with the area manager to drive the store's sales, achieve the set KPIs, and ensure success in your store.
• Develop monthly plans based on productivity goals.
• Ensure optimal store administration (HR and recruitment, scheduling, cash control and security), and manage the store's budget.
• Handle product inventory and daily store routines such as keeping track of stock and ensuring that the store is clean and presentable.
• Create well-being and engagement among employees through regular, personal meetings that build genuine relationships with the store team. You also organize store meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas that can be further developed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a shop manager in retail or customer service.
• Leadership skills (e.g., communication and coaching, and developing others).
• The ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions.
• Collaborative, responsive, and communicative.
• Good system and data skills.
• Fluent language skills in Danish and English.
• You are 18 years or older.
