Job Summary
As a Junior Sales Advisor at Le Collectionist, you will join the Sales team and be responsible for the entire luxury villa, chalet, or apartment rental process. This includes proposing properties, negotiating rental contract terms between owners and tenants, and following up on payments. You will also be in charge of post-stay client satisfaction and executing client loyalty strategies. This permanent contract position starts on January 5, 2026.
Must Have
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.

- Meet quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
- Negotiate with clients and owners.

Job Description
This position is available from January 5, 2026, on a Permanent Contract.
🎯 Role:
As a Junior Sales Advisor at Le Collectionist, you will join the Sales team and work under the direction of the Sales Team Lead and the Head of Sales Hub. You will be responsible for the entire process of renting a luxury villa, chalet, or apartment, from proposing the property corresponding to clients' searches, to negotiating the terms of rental contracts between owners and tenants, as well as monitoring payments.
Finally, you will be in charge of monitoring post-stay client satisfaction. Your role also includes executing client loyalty strategy.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Missions
- Complete management of the sales process, from prospecting to closing the sale: prospect qualification, needs identification, argumentation, prospect follow-up, appointment setting, reminders, closing, etc.
- Use of sales techniques and tools provided by Le Collectionist.
- Adherence to quantitative and qualitative sales objectives defined internally.
- Negotiation with clients and owners.
- Weekly review of commercial activity.
- Monthly review of the progression plan.
2. Process Missions
- Adherence to the company's sales and booking processes.
- Application of the checklist of questions to ask during qualification.
- Updating information in the tool.
- Rigorous, complete, and structured creation of projects.
- Payment reminders on contract dates.
- Management of security deposit return post-stay in collaboration with the Stay team (accommodation).
3. Client Loyalty Missions
- Guarantee adherence to Le Collectionist's promise to clients and owners.
- Maintain contact with clients to encourage them to consider future rental projects.
- Prioritize prospects.
- Honor commitments and scheduled appointments.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of loyal clients by offering high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a Business or Management School.

- Be bilingual in French and English.
