Qualification: B. Des/M. Des – Visual/Graphic Design/Animation

Experience: 0-2 years

Job Description:

· This is an entry level position in Desmania.

· The incumbent will be part of Digital/XR Designers team.

· Experience in leading design software, like Blender, After effects, Unity3D/Unreal, etc.

· Experience with creating diverse content, with an attention to detail, and balancing beauty, innovation and usability in designs created.

· Knowledge of Composition, Lighting, Typography, Animation and Design principles.

· Ability to discuss and defend rationale for design decisions.

· Excellent visual/verbal communicator with a demonstrated strong creative vision for organizing interactive information systems.

· High level of commitment to client satisfaction and agility.

· Collaborate with others and build positive working relationships.

· Possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Designing good quality Animations from scratch, that follow a well-defined process and are consistent across the project.

· Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team.

· Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

· Collaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

· Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.
