INTERNSHIP - LEAN Facilitator in production F/H

Join the Moirans Industrial Competence Center (CCI/MOI) as a LEAN Facilitator intern. You will be part of the LEAN cell, coordinating and leading Lean and continuous improvement projects in production, specifically for LCD screen production. Your main project will involve providing methodological support for transferring production activities to a cleanroom, focusing on deploying 5S, reviewing workstation sizing, integrating ergonomic considerations, and analyzing ROI. You will also support the workshop manager in implementing Kaizen projects.

Your daily life

Come discover the Moirans site, a human-sized site with a very beautiful environment. Coming to work in Moirans means: a friendly and warm atmosphere, interesting engineering projects, mountains nearby.

Integrated into the Moirans Industrial Competence Center (CCI/MOI), the position is part of the LEAN cell whose mission is to coordinate and pilot Lean and continuous improvement projects in Production.

The intern will work on the trades of CCI Moirans: Production of LCD screens.

The main project will be to provide methodological support for the transfer of production activity to the cleanroom. Indeed, subject to cleanliness constraints and a high rework rate, we wish to transfer production to a suitable environment. Production involves about fifty people for approximately 7000 manufactured products. The intern's objective is to lead the projects in agreement with the Lean activities coordinator of CCI/MOI and to respect the requirements related to the different HSE, ESD, safety areas…

To achieve these objectives, the main missions will be to:

• Deploy the 5S approach so that only the strict necessary is transferred.
• Review workstation sizing
• Integrate the ergonomic vision into the different re-implementations
• Analyze the return on investment of such a transfer.

Other mission: Support the workshop manager in setting up Kaizen projects.

Your Profile:

• You are preparing a Bac+5 (Master or engineering degree) and are looking for a six-month end-of-study internship.
• You are autonomous and demonstrate rigor, organization, and good interpersonal skills.
• You enjoy teamwork and have a taste for management and activity coordination.
• You have knowledge of IT tools, database processing, and macro development.
