Your daily life

We provide and support systems for air traffic management and protection. We work with passion in a modern architectural setting, striving to push the boundaries of technology in our key sectors. South of Paris, our site is easily accessible by public transport.

You will join the Project Management (PM) team. Our projects, mainly for export, aim to deliver turnkey air traffic control systems and have the particularity of interconnecting several developed systems (radars, air navigation aids, air traffic management system, etc.).

As part of the development of our activity and the continuous optimization of our offer and project processes, we wish to strengthen the capitalization of our project feedback and improve the performance of our costing tools, offer generation, and project documentary baseline initialization.

Your missions:

• Structure a generic documentary repository from existing project documents to facilitate costing and create a reference cost model.
• Capitalize and integrate project metrics and best practices into the cost model for rapid reuse.
• Implement tools to accelerate the generation of competitive costings with their associated documentation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Projects, Project Managers, PMO, and stakeholders to collect data and propose capitalization and automation solutions.

Your profile:

You are in your final year of an engineering cycle (Bac+5) and are looking for a 6-month internship. Experience in one of the following activities: Engineering, development, integration, testing, maintenance, project management, PMO, offer preparation.

You have the following skills:

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge of data structuring and databases
• Proficiency in Excel (data analysis and processing)
