Job Description

BetterMe, established in 2017, offers top-tier physical and mental health solutions tailored for diverse needs. The company aims to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone. They are currently expanding their Recruiting team and seeking a Junior Talent Sourcer. This role involves actively searching for qualified candidates across various channels, communicating with them throughout the hiring process, collaborating closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers, and maintaining the candidate database.
Must Have:
  • Experience as a Researcher or Sourcer for at least 6 months
  • Practical experience and knowledge of search tools and platforms
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • English language level not lower than Intermediate
  • Ability to build effective communication
  • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and proactivity

We are currently expanding our Recruiting team and looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer.

Your future tasks:

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements, using various channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
  • Communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process;
  • Close cooperation with the Recruiting team and hiring managers;
  • Searching for new contacts and maintaining the database.

What you will need for this?:

  • Experience in a Researcher or Sourcer position for at least 6 months;
  • Practical experience and knowledge of search tools and platforms;
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis;
  • English language level not lower than Intermediate;
  • Ability to build effective communication;
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility, proactivity in work.
