The Labor Hygienist will assist in managing Labor Safety and Health Affairs, ensuring comprehensive programs meet Taiwan Council of Labor Affairs requirements. Responsibilities include planning and executing safety controls, site inspections, environmental monitoring, hazard measurement, and developing occupational safety health plans and contingency plans for accidents.  The role also involves managing facility central services (reception, security, cleaning, etc.), conducting inspections, communicating safety precautions, maintaining required licenses, collaborating with departments on training, responding to facility issues, and supporting the G&A team.  This position requires a strong understanding of ISO practices and Taiwanese labor laws.

 <li>Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, air condition, waste disposal, technology, parking and etc.</li>
 <li>Conduct and document regular facilities inspections</li>
 <li>Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees</li>
 <li>Maintain required license in our factory upon our factory register</li>
 <li>Work with each dept and HR to keeping by TWN law all required training hours and record in track</li>
 <li>Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants and improvement reactions implementation, PDCA</li>
 <li>Support to G&amp;A&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Essential Skills and Experience:</strong></p>
<ol>
 <li>3~6 years prior experience in a similar role</li>
 <li>With organized skills and able to priorities multi-tasks and handle a complex, varied workload;</li>
 <li>Positive attitude and be a team working player;</li>
 <li>Communication and negotiation skills;</li>
 <li>With ISO practice and experience;</li>
 <li>LHS management personnel license(Occupational Safety and Health Administrator) is MUST.</li>
