As a Lead Procurement Specialist, you will drive procurement efficiency and supplier relationships to ensure operational success. You’ll forecast demand, develop sourcing strategies, and select optimal products and suppliers while collaborating across departments and stakeholders. By negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier partnerships, and supporting diverse initiatives, you’ll play a key role in meeting business needs and fostering growth opportunities.
Forecast demand for services and products to meet business needs and align procurement with company goals.
Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with potential and existing suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, monitoring progress and service quality to achieve optimal value.
Develop, research, and execute sourcing strategies, collaborating with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, IT, and Compliance.
Support Cloud, Client, Data Engineering, and IT projects, including Proof-of-Concept initiatives and IT procurement across our offices in Europe.
Expertise in gathering and analyzing data, supported by a solid understanding of economic, financial, and legal principles.
Experience working with CRM/ERP software to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Advanced negotiation skills, assertiveness, and initiative, combined with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of Sports Betting, iGaming, Fantasy Sports, or Casino industries is an advantage.
Proficiency in English at a C2 level and strong computer literacy, ensuring effective communication and technical capability.
