Leading Hand Foreman

Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a Site Foreman Leading Hand for a 6-month full-time contract in Maroochydore. This role involves overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing WHS compliance, and ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in head contractor work on projects up to $10M, with strong leadership and client-focused skills.

Must Have

• Overseeing on-site operations & coordinating subcontractors, suppliers & materials
• Planning & scheduling works to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Ensuring project quality standards are met & handovers are defect-free
• Managing WHS compliance to maintain a safe work environment
• Building strong relationships with site teams & key stakeholders
• Working with the Site & Project Managers to manage the construction program
• Trade qualified with 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Foreman/Leading Hand
• Experienced in head contractor work across new builds, extensions & commercial fit-outs
• Proven track record delivering construction projects valued up to $10M
• Strong understanding of finishes with a detail-driven approach
• Effective people leader with solid WHS, quality & IR knowledge
• Client-focused & able to manage projects end-to-end, including 2-week programs

About The Opportunity

Our Client is seeking a Site Foreman Leading Hand to oversee day-to-day operations on their Maroochydore construction project. In this full-time role, which spans a project duration of 5/6 months, you will be responsible for:
