Summary

Intel is seeking a Legal Intern to support their in-house legal team. Responsibilities include collaborating with attorneys, business groups, and engineers; finding solutions to legal and business needs; reviewing marketing assets (decks, videos, transcripts); researching legal issues and regulatory developments; preparing legal memos and presentations; and assisting with departmental tasks. The internship requires a minimum of 3 days a week for 6 months (1 year preferred) and necessitates strong English communication skills and legal research experience. Familiarity with intellectual property, consumer protection, and advertising laws is desirable. The role is based in Shanghai, China.
Must have:

Job Description

This Legal Intern will have the following responsibilities: - Collaborating with Intel's team of in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers - Working with business teams to find solutions to their legal and business requirements - Reviewing marketing assets such as decks, video clips, interview transcripts, and performance claims - Researching legal issues and regulatory developments, and preparing summaries - Preparing legal memoranda and presentations on legal issuesThis Legal Intern will have the following responsibilities: - Collaborating with Intel's team of in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers - Working with business teams to find solutions to their legal and business requirements - Reviewing marketing assets such as decks, video clips, interview transcripts, and performance claims - Researching legal issues and regulatory developments, and preparing summaries - Preparing legal memoranda and presentations on legal issues - assist with departmental matters such as meetings and other administrative work.

Qualifications

Please make a note of the following requirements:Minimum Qualifications:- Must be currently enrolled in a Law degree program in the PRC.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.- Experience in conducting legal research is necessary.

- Minimum 3 days a week for 6 months, 1year internship will be preferred

Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in drafting legal documents such as contracts and legal memoranda is preferred.- Prior experience in a law firm, company's legal department, legal clinic/legal aid association, court, or prosecution office is advantageous.- Basic knowledge of intellectual property rights, consumer protection regulations, and advertising laws is desirable.- An interest in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
