Live Broadcast Operations

Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the basic training and support of game streamers, formulate and implement streamer growth plans, and ensure the continuous optimization of streamer live broadcast data; 2. According to the live broadcast performance, personality characteristics, and fan portraits of the streamers, formulate targeted support programs to improve the number of online viewers, activity, and user retention rate in the live broadcast room, and at the same time be responsible for the game diversion effect of the streamers; 3. Be responsible for the daily management of full-time and cooperative streamers, including live broadcast content planning, live broadcast support, problem solving, etc., to ensure the stability and efficient operation of the streamer team; 4. Monitor and analyze live broadcast data, find optimization space for streamers and live broadcast rooms, propose feasible solutions and promote implementation.
