Job Description

Your role:
will be responsible for leading the full cycle recruitment of senior - level positions, including key functional leadership roles. This role requires a deep understanding of the MedTech industry landscape, strong recruitment skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high - profile candidates.


You're the right fit if you have:

  • In - depth knowledge of the MedTech industry, including its trends, key players, and technical requirements for senior roles.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with high - level candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast - paced, metrics - driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem - solving skills, with the ability to adapt recruitment strategies based on market conditions and client needs.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Talent Onboarding, Employee Engagement or equivalent.
