We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Solution Architect to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will lead a feasibility study and proof of concept (POC) to replace our current Loan IQ system and develop custom modules on top of our existing lending platform. This initial phase will transition into a project to build and implement the new platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a feasibility study and develop a proof of concept (POC) for replacing the Loan IQ system.
Design and architect custom modules to integrate with the current lending platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the implementation and integration of new modules, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on Loan IQ functionalities and best practices.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the new platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Loan IQ and the new modules.
Document architectural designs, decisions, and processes.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Loan IQ and related technologies.
Must have
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years Corporate Lending Servicing experience
5-10 years of extensive experience in financial services, with deep expertise in Loan IQ platform and its modules and AFS
Strong understanding of loan processing, management, and lifecycle.
Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and database management.
Experience with system integration and API development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of how enterprise solutions are implemented within a banks complex lending infrastructure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
Certification in Loan IQ or related technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms and services especially in Azure
Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulations.
