Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator will join a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics team, responsible for imports, exports, and deliveries. Key duties include freight saving, shipment tracking, information maintenance, and handling enquiries. The role involves overseeing administration of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, liaising with various partners, and resolving dispatch-related queries. A highly organised, proactive individual with strong communication and IT skills is required.
Must Have
- Execute and oversee administration of shipments from warehouse and 3PL to customer across EMEA
- Ensure all internal and external deliveries are made in a timely manner
- Liaise with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Warehouse Partners
- Ensure all deliveries are prepared and completed in time for collection
- Ensure all relevant documents are provided to dispatch teams prior to shipment
- Ensure transport is arranged for all deliveries and transfers
- Liaise with European and domestic 3PL providers
- Investigate and resolve all queries relating to dispatch
- Maintain filing system
- Procure PODs
- Responsible for controlling and arranging inbound deliveries
- Highly organised, proactive approach and a 'can do' attitude to problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
- High levels of initiative, energy and passion and dedication for completing tasks to the highest standards
- Ability to work effectively as an individual, as well as part of the wider centre team
- Strong communication skills and competent in English & Maths
- IT skills and able to utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently

WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (40 hours)
REPORTS TO: REGIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER
Role Purpose
The Logistics Coordinator will join a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics team. You will be responsible for imports, exports and deliveries, freight saving, tracking of shipments, the maintenance and handling of all information and enquiries and other projects within the department.
What You’ll Do:
