The Creative Approvals Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme will be responsible for overseeing the review and approval of all creative materials used in marketing campaigns. This role ensures that all assets, whether developed internally or by external partners, strictly adhere to FIFA’s brand guidelines and legal standards. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of the FIFA World Cup 26™ brand by ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across all channels.
Creative Review & Approval Process:
Manage the end-to-end approval process for all creative materials, including advertisements, digital assets, brochures, video content, social media campaigns, and event collateral.
Review all creative submissions from internal teams, agencies, and official sales agents to ensure they meet FIFA’s brand guidelines and standards.
Provide detailed feedback and revisions on creative materials to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with FIFA's visual identity.
Brand Compliance & Integrity:
Ensure all creative content accurately reflects FIFA’s brand values and maintains a premium image for the World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme.
Serve as the guardian of FIFA’s brand guidelines, regularly updating teams and partners on any changes or new standards.
Conduct routine audits of marketing materials to confirm compliance with FIFA's brand standards across all markets and platforms.
Collaboration with Internal & External Teams:
Work closely with internal marketing, legal, and hospitality teams to ensure all materials meet the necessary standards and requirements before being used in campaigns.
Liaise with external creative agencies, vendors, and sales agent partners to guide them through the approval process and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Act as the main point of contact for sales agents regarding creative approvals, helping them navigate the process and understand brand expectations.
Creative Guidelines & Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive creative approval guidelines, checklists, and documentation to ensure smooth and transparent approval workflows.
Provide training and resources to internal teams and sales agents on FIFA’s creative approval process and brand standards.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
Collaborate with legal to ensure that all creative content adheres to advertising regulations, intellectual property rights, and other legal requirements.
Ensure that any use of FIFA trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within creative materials is correctly implemented and approved.
Timeline & Project Management:
Establish and manage timelines for the creative approval process, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality or compliance.
Prioritize and manage multiple approval requests simultaneously, balancing the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
You Have These:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a creative approvals or brand management role, preferably within sports, events, or hospitality sectors.
Strong understanding of brand management and experience working with creative teams, agencies, and partners.
Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory standards related to marketing and advertising.
Ability to review and provide clear and constructive feedback on creative materials with a meticulous eye for detail and quality.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage external partnerships and internal teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
Ability to handle challenges and roadblocks in the creative process, ensuring solutions align with brand standards and deadlines.
Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
Familiarity with design and creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
