About the team
You will work in a team of more than 10 people where you have colleagues who can all work on the line. Two colleagues will perform a check at the end of the production process.
There are 3 lines that must have constant staffing. You will therefore mainly be trained on one of these lines. Depending on how quickly you pick things up, you may also be deployed on one of the other lines, with the ultimate goal that you are flexibly deployable on all existing lines.
About your future job
As a manufacturing operator, you are individually responsible for performing tasks in the production process in accordance with the production documentation and the assigned time within your own technological specification area. You use the available resources and tools and inspect your own work.
Working hours are from 07:00 to 15:30 and you work 40 hours per week.
Your main tasks:
- Performing production activities in accordance with the associated documentation and the assigned time, using the available resources.
- You choose and implement suitable methods, resources, and procedures.
- You perform control activities during production phases.
- Achieve daily objectives and deliver results that impact the overall results of the production unit/function.
- Detect and report problems related to existing methods, tools, and techniques to the manager.
