Daily Responsibilities:

A Motion Designer creates amusing short video content and different designs to be posted across a variety of media, including social media and mobile platforms. You will be working with a team of creative professionals, supporting the teams’ goals and media initiatives, so a collaborative mindset is essential.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the motion design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to execute desired animations and motion designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics for diverse media channels, such as social media, websites, television, film, and mobile devices.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as Rotoscoping, Chroma Key, and Refine Edge Tools to support and assist team members from various departments.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, storyboarding, animation, key framing, sound design, and exporting in collaborating with Creative Team
• Implement refined techniques to enhance motion graphics and motion design, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation. Stay abreast of the latest motion design techniques and commercial trends, ensuring the work remains fresh and relevant.
• Provide creative vision throughout the editing process, infusing your personal style to create visually stunning and compelling work.
• Bring ideas and stories to life through strong visual design, including typography, color, and animation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, collaborating closely with video producers and regularly reporting to the team on project progress.

· Provide support to the team in 3D and 2D visualization, offering expertise and assistance in any related tasks required.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro Bonus expertise Character Animator, Firefly, Houdini Nuke, Substance 3D, Blender, and Cinema 4D)

• Ability to see different points of view and having an eye for details for the ability to spot errors.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines

• Excellent organizational & multitasking skills.

• Ability to work extended hours and under pressure.
