• Optimize operational touchpoints. Some examples include providing playbooks for Site Leaders and Office Engagement Coordinators to execute on globally-coordinated office events; collaborating with the Facilities and Branding teams to design a variety of large and small collaborative spaces in offices; working with Corporate IT to ensure the availability of tools and technologies needed for collaboration.
• Design a global approach to local onboarding of new hires, in partnership with local teams to deliver e.g., Security, Facilities, CIT, People Strategy Partners. (This is to supplement on a local level our existing global/regional onboarding program)
• Monitor and address office engagement and manage a global office engagement budget, in partnership with local Site Leaders.
• Convene and facilitate a global network of Site Leaders (senior leaders responsible for their local office). Partner with site leaders to drive and execute against site-by-site engagement plans, i.e., townhalls, events, activities, communication/branding and share best practices globally.
• Convene and facilitate our global Office Manager network (administrative professionals who executive on local site needs)
• Monitor site attendance supported by an Office Experience Analyst and local Office & Engagement Coordinators, and where needed, design interventions to bring office attendance up to the required level.
