Responsibilities include assisting with game operations, ensuring smooth gameplay, and maintaining a positive player experience. The role requires strong communication and team leadership skills, emotional intelligence, responsibility, and transparency.  The position involves working rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with weekend and holiday availability.  The work schedule is six days on, two days off. No prior experience is necessary.
