Esports Team Operations Manager - PUBG Mobile Esports

Job Description
Level Infinite seeks an Esports Team Operations Manager for PUBG Mobile esports. Responsibilities include managing and developing PUBG Mobile teams and players, leveraging promotional resources to build star players and teams, and enhancing their recognition. The role also involves monitoring team performance and user needs, developing and refining marketing strategies and operational plans to ensure long-term team success. Fluent English and Chinese are required, along with 2+ years in overseas club/influencer/community operations. Experience with overseas project management is preferred.

- 2+ years overseas esports operations experience
- Fluent English and Chinese
- PUBG Mobile esports knowledge
- Team and player development
- Marketing strategy and planning

岗位职责
1. 负责PUBGM战队和选手的运营培养，统筹宣传资源，打造明星战队和选手，提升战队和选手的知名度；
2. 监测和分析战队运营情况和电竞用户需求，制定、优化相关推广策略和运营计划，促进战队的长期发展。
岗位要求
1. 中英文流利，均可作为工作语言；
2. 有2年以上海外俱乐部运营、网红运营或社群运营经验；
3. 热爱电竞和游戏，具备创新精神和跨团队协作沟通能力，有海外项目管理经验为佳。
