- Structured Problem-Solving ability.
- Data-Driven Mindset.
- Cross-Cultural Communication skills.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic & Project Support
- Assist in developing IT strategic roadmaps, participate in cross-functional meetings, and document action items with follow-up tracking.
- Support PMO Manager in portfolio management, including resource allocation, budget monitoring, and risk/issue log maintenance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs (project health, resource utilization, ROI).
- Analyze project metrics (schedule variance, cost efficiency) and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
Process & Knowledge Management
- Streamline PMO templates (project charters, status reports, retrospectives) and promote collaboration tools
- Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for internal PM communities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s student in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written/spoken) for global collaboration.
- Tools: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), PowerPoint (storyboarding); familiarity with Power App, Power BI, Power automate is a plus.
