Job Description

The IT Strategy & Project Management role involves assisting in developing IT strategic roadmaps, participating in cross-functional meetings, and documenting action items. It also includes supporting the PMO Manager in portfolio management, data analysis and reporting using Power BI, designing and maintaining dashboards to visualize KPIs and analyze project metrics for optimization. Moreover, it involves streamlining PMO templates, developing training materials, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions within internal PM communities. The role requires structured problem-solving, a data-driven mindset, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Must have:
  • Assist in developing IT strategic roadmaps and document action items.
  • Support portfolio management, including resource allocation and budget monitoring.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs.
  • Analyze project metrics and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
  • Streamline PMO templates and promote collaboration tools.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s student in relevant fields.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for global collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and PowerPoint skills.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

Strategic & Project Support

  • Assist in developing IT strategic roadmaps, participate in cross-functional meetings, and document action items with follow-up tracking.
  • Support PMO Manager in portfolio management, including resource allocation, budget monitoring, and risk/issue log maintenance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs (project health, resource utilization, ROI).
  • Analyze project metrics (schedule variance, cost efficiency) and deliver actionable insights for optimization.

Process & Knowledge Management

  • Streamline PMO templates (project charters, status reports, retrospectives) and promote collaboration tools
  • Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for internal PM communities.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s student in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration
  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written/spoken) for global collaboration.
  • Tools: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), PowerPoint (storyboarding); familiarity with Power App, Power BI, Power automate is a plus.
