Job Summary

As a revenue Operation - Order Fulfillment Analyst at Ceragon, you'll play a crucial role in our Sales Operations department. You'll be the linchpin in our lead-to-cash process, connecting various departments to ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered on time. Key responsibilities include optimizing the supply chain, ensuring on-time service, collaborating with internal teams, managing inventory, and supporting sales operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.

Must Have

  • Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse resources
  • Ensure on-time service to customers while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs
  • Build strong networks and collaborate with internal customers, business units, and operations teams
  • Manage inventory levels against demand in cooperation with operations groups
  • Provide support to the sales operations team, offering solutions and answering queries
  • Coordinate information flow among supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and shipping teams
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments effectively
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in logistics/operational roles
  • Experience in global high-tech companies
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate others and drive results
  • Problem-solving mindset and independent work ethic
