Job Description
- Experience in the packaging field
- Supervise a team (Master Data Analysts, Trade Marketer, Quality Technician), ensure their development and skill improvement
- Monitor the industrialization of packaging for new Aftermarket ranges
- Track the development of new packaging (cardboard cases, bags, sleeves, etc.) and encourage innovations
- Define, monitor, and update project and range schedules based on client needs and Project Platform workload
- Participate in developing product and process synergies with the Issoire (63) site
- Coordinate Aftermarket product line packaging standards with all sites (Skawina, Bietigheim, Batam, Wenling, Juarez, Campinas) and lead the monthly Packaging Standardization Committee
- Conduct European regulatory watch on packaging (marking, conformity declarations, recycling) and ensure proper application
- Participate in the site's productivity improvement plan
- Hold a Bac+5 degree (Engineer, Master) Generalist, Industrial Engineering
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in team management
- Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
- Have the ability to unite teams
- Be able to evolve in a standardized and international work environment
- Be fluent in English and French

The Valeo site based in Reilly (60) is a production site bringing together nearly 80 employees around the packaging of wiper blades for the aftermarket (Packaging Sleeve, Cardboard and Display).
We are recruiting a Packaging Project Manager M/F whose mission will be to supervise a team of 6 people and ensure the smooth running of packaging projects in production, in compliance with procedures and regulations.
Missions:
- Supervise the team (Master Data Analysts, Trade Marketer, Quality Technician), ensure its development and skill improvement.
- Ensure the monitoring and smooth running of the industrialization of packaging for new Aftermarket ranges.
- Monitor the development of new packaging (cardboard cases, bags, sleeves, and various) and encourage innovations.
- Define, monitor, and update project and range schedules based on client needs and the Project Platform workload.
- Participate in the development of product and process synergies with the Issoire (63) site.
- Coordinate Aftermarket product line packaging standards with all sites of the product line (Skawina, Bietigheim, Batam, Wenling, Juarez, Campinas) and lead the monthly Packaging Standardization Committee with all sites.
- Carry out a regulatory watch at the European level concerning packaging (marking, declarations of conformity, recycling, ...) and ensure its proper application.
- Participate in the site's productivity improvement plan.
About you:
Holder of a Bac+5 degree (Engineer, Master) Generalist, Industrial Engineering, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in team management.
Recognized for your leadership and communication skills, you have the ability to unite your teams and know how to evolve in a standardized and international work environment.
Experience in the packaging field is an additional asset.
Your level of English and French is fluent.
