Job Description

As Planning & Execution Manager within the Global Repair Center's Supply Chain Directorate, you will lead a team of about ten employees. Your role is crucial in managing the site's planning and scheduling, driving industrial performance and customer satisfaction. You will oversee all planning and scheduling activities, from macro-monthly to daily scheduling, animate the S&OP process for Europe, and ensure operational decisions are implemented across monthly, weekly, and daily timelines. You will also manage site outbound flows for continuous improvement and lead the digital roadmap for your scope, enhancing process reliability and organizational flexibility.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and synthetic skills.

  • Master fluent English for international interactions.

Within our Global Repair Center, you join the Supply Chain Directorate as Planning & Execution Manager (M/F). You will manage a team of about ten employees (managers and non-managers) and play a key role in managing the site's planning and scheduling, driving industrial performance and customer satisfaction.

Your main missions:

  • Pilot all planning and scheduling activities, from a macro-monthly vision to daily scheduling by reference and serial number.
  • Animate the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process for the Europe region, as well as monthly rituals like the Supply Review, ensuring the link with the various supply chain stakeholders.
  • Implement operational decisions across the three levels of temporality: monthly, weekly, and daily, to ensure the continuity of the site's supply chain transformation.
  • Manage site outbound flows with a continuous improvement logic for performance and customer satisfaction, in close interaction with the Shop, Customer Relations, and all supply chain functions.
  • Lead the digital roadmap for your scope, by making processes more reliable and strengthening the organization's flexibility within the framework of the site's industrial transformation.

Your profile
