[필수 자격요건]
1. 해당 직무 3년 이상의 경력 보유자
2. 학사 이상 학력
3. 전반적인 브랜드 마케팅(브랜딩, 광고, 프로모션, 이벤트 등) 업무 유경험자
4. 다양한 이해 관계자들과 진행되는 프로젝트 기획, 운영 능력이 있으신 분

1. 기업 제휴 및 프로모션 경험이 있는 분
2. 중국어 혹은 영어 중 1개 언어로 비즈니스가 가능한 분
3. 유연한 사고방식, 우수한 문제 해결 능력을 보유하신 분
4. 협업/커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖추고 협상 능력이 뛰어나신 분
5. HoYoverse 게임 유저이거나, 게임에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
[Responsibilities]
1. Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
2. Planning and managing promotions/partnerships based on our game IP
3. Seeking opportunities for partnerships
4. Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases, and communicating with the media
[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor’s degree and above
2. Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans
3. A team player and collaborator in a fast-paced global cross functional environment
4. 3+ years of relevant experiences
[Preferred Qualifications]
1. Experience of working in a commercial role in an organization
2. Proficient business-level communication in English or Chinese
3. Strong analytical skill sets and capacity to solve unexpected situations
4. Capability to work cross functionally across various teams
5. Passionate about the game industry or HoYoverse Games
