Job Summary
The Principal Presales Solution Architect for Digital Workplace will gather and analyze client requirements, set solution and pricing strategies, and develop effort and cost estimates. This role involves creating client-facing proposals, leading solution reviews, and participating in client meetings and contract negotiations. Success is measured by the ability to design and present comprehensive digital workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business outcomes.
Must Have
- Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics.
- Set solution and pricing strategy.
- Develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
- Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits/ outcomes.
- Lead solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
- Participate in client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations.
- Develop client SoW.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent.
- Strong English language skills are mandatory.
- 8+ years’ experience in End User Managed Services/ Digital Workplace Services.
- Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services, proposal development, design review & design trade off decisions, winning theme development, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution.
Good to Have
- 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred.
- Good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services.

What success looks like in this role:

- Set solution and pricing strategy, work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
- Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits/ outcomes.
- Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
- Participates to client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations, develop client SoW
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
- Strong English language skills are mandatory
- 8+ years’ experience in End User Managed Services/ Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk, Field Services and Supply Chain, End User Device Management, Productivity and Collaboration) with 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred
