PROCESS PROTOTYPES INTERNSHIP (M/F)

Integrated into the Prototypes department and reporting to the team leader, you will evolve within a dynamic team of 2 people. Your missions will include migrating the stock file from Excel to Google Sheets, updating the intranet prototypes site, upgrading the label printing activity, diagnosing and restarting laser engraving, providing occasional support for prototype assembly, and formalizing procedures related to the department's activities. This role requires a Bac +4/5 in Industrial IT, with strong organizational skills, proactivity, curiosity, autonomy, and a good team spirit.

Must Have

• Migrate stock file from Excel to Google Sheets, transposing macros.
• Update intranet prototypes site (modify existing code).
• Upgrade label printing: deploy software for automatic traceability printing.
• Diagnose and restart laser engraving machine.
• Support prototype activities (assembly participation).
• Formalize and write department procedures.
• Industrial IT / Bac +4/5 education.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, curious, autonomous.
• Good team spirit.
• Proficient in Google Sheets.
• General and industrial computing knowledge.

Missions:

• Migration of the stock file from Excel to Google Sheets, with transposition of Excel macros into Google Apps Script scripts or macros
• Update of the prototypes site on the intranet (modification of existing code)
• Upgrade of the label printing activity: identification and deployment of software allowing automatic control of traceability prints
• Diagnosis and restart of the laser engraving activity: assessment and action plan for restarting the machine
• Occasional support for prototype activity (participation in assemblies)
• Formalization and drafting of procedures related to the department's activities

Profile sought:

• Industrial IT / Bac +4/5 training
• You demonstrate analytical skills, organizational skills, proactivity, curiosity and autonomy. A good team spirit is necessary.

Skills:

• Good command of Google Sheets
