About the Role
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead our content operations for a 0-1 product. This role is critical in driving the success of our platform, which involves managing a diverse team of subject matter experts (SMEs), content creators, and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, content strategy, and team leadership.
What You Will Do
- Problem Solving and Ownership- Demonstrate high ownership and a bias for action in addressing challenges and opportunities
- Team Enablement and Quality Assurance- Work closely with pod leads and individual team members to enable them to deliver high-quality output. Ensure all content adheres to established product principles and maintains consistent quality standards
- Product Understanding and Decision Making- Develop a deep understanding of product objectives, including student and teacher motivations. Make informed decisions to unblock the team and drive progress towards product goals
- Process Improvement and Efficiency- Continuously analyze and refine processes to increase team velocity and throughput. Implement and optimize workflows that enhance collaboration between SMEs, content creators, and designers
- Pipeline Management and Reporting- Track the content pipeline and monitor its performance using relevant metrics and KPIs. Share regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into team progress and challenges
- Team Productivity and Utilisation- Ensure that the team is adequately utilised. As the project is a workflow model, ensure that blockers are released so that the overall productivity stays intact
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in program management, preferably in EdTech or content-driven industries
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for education and technology
