About The Role:

Are you a visionary leader who thrives on turning big ideas into beautifully crafted products? As our Design Manager, you’ll guide a passionate design team toward creating user-centric, engaging solutions that redefine the learning experience of the future. You’ll be at the forefront of fostering creativity, building a unified design vision, and ensuring our design process flows seamlessly across all our products.

What You Will Do

Shape the visual and user experience of our platform, ensuring every feature and page is a joy to use.
Lead the adoption and evolution of design systems that ensure consistency, creativity, and scalability.
Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into innovative design strategies.
Continuously use data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions, pushing for excellence in every project.
Lead, inspire, and mentor an energetic team of designers, cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Empower your team to take ownership of their work while providing guidance and constructive feedback to help them grow.
Foster open communication and collaboration across teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment in design decisions.
Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring efficient workflows from ideation to execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
Implement best practices and design systems that streamline work, enhance productivity, and encourage creativity.
Advocate for user-centered design practices, ensuring that the user experience is always at the core of every decision.
Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into our process to keep Quizizz on the cutting edge of design innovation.

Who You Are

7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
An impressive portfolio showcasing a mix of creative design and leadership experience, covering people, product & process.
Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and user experience best practices.
Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Passionate about education and creating meaningful experiences that impact millions of users worldwide.
