We are looking for a Project Director with experience in managing and delivering multi-platform content projects. You will lead the day-to-day team, organizing resources and schedules, and managing creative content output for our clients. You will be responsible for driving workflow, executing across complex accounts, and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the delivery of the assigned projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Content Project Director role is the day-to-day lead on key client accounts and specific projects within our content studio. 

You are a driving force behind content & editorial accounts and projects from an operational, commercial and creative standpoint. You are consistently engaged and proactive, demonstrating passion for creative, strategy and content workflows, sharing this with the team(s) to improve the editorial product and overall experience for both colleagues and clients alike.

As Project Director, you will provide oversight and ownership of the successful delivery of multi-platform content projects, working hand-in-hand with the Business Leadership team, managing scopes of work, timings and budgets in close partnership. You will also work closely together with the Content Director to ensure quality of delivery matches theirs and the wider agency’s expectations. You will lead the day-to-day team, organising resource, schedules and managing the creative content output on behalf of our clients

You will be responsible for driving workflow, executing across complex accounts and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. You will oversee large pieces of client business with input into annual scopes of work and resource management, ensuring profitability alongside the Business Leadership team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guidance and input on operational set-up and management of the content teams
  • Implement and manage content calendars ensuring the team are working to agreed schedules 
  • Ensure agency processes are followed to deliver great multi-platform content, including ensuring the Business Leadership, Resource Management, and broader Project Management teams are up to date with the flow of incoming briefs, and status of live projects.
  • Consistently liaises and collaborates with Business Leadership to ensure that project timing plans, deliverables lists, scopes of work, and other necessary requirements are up to date.
  • Responsible for following the correct creative approval process, internally and externally.
  • Engages with and resources the correct specialist support as and when required, ensuring required processes are adhered to and costs are managed.
  • Attends relevant account weekly status, resource meetings and department meetings.
  • Attends and is an active participant in key client presentations 
  • Ensures that all relevant financial documentation is kept up to date including scope of work, scope changes, estimates, burn reports and invoices / purchase order administration.
  • Can act as a leader within the team and help to support and mentor more junior members as required 
  • Demonstrates loyalty to the company, and honesty, integrity and reliability in all aspects of your work.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform all areas of workload enthusiastically, calmly and effectively.
  • Gains the respect of other company staff and senior management for being reliable, hard- working, helpful and enthusiastic.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop relationships and gains respect with both staff, senior management, clients, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills when liaising with colleagues and clients.
  • Is prompt, efficient and accurate in all aspects of workload.
