As a Project Manager at Thales Digital Solutions, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including software developers, architects, product owners, designers, scientists, marketing, and business development to manage projects and programs of various scales. This role is primarily a facilitator and conductor for a portfolio of projects focused on a single area of expertise, ensuring a common vision between scientific and development activities, while integrating design vision and user needs into the solution. You will ensure every collaborator's voice is heard and has an impact on project goals.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management

Job Summary
Being a Project Manager at Thales Digital Solutions,
Project management at Thales Digital Solutions is first and foremost a close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (developers/software architects, product owners (PO), designers, scientists, marketing, business development) to manage projects and/or programs of various scales.
Project management here is above all a role of facilitator and conductor for a portfolio of projects focused on the same area of expertise to ensure a common vision between scientific activities, development activities while ensuring that the design vision and user needs are known and integrated into the solution.
Our role as project manager is to ensure that each collaborator can be heard and have an impact on the projects and objectives to be achieved. The project manager here is an important part of the team to ensure the success of the projects.
As an organization, we believe in the agile philosophy and we do not hesitate to improve our ways of doing things. Our objective is to foster innovation on different research axes such as:
- Cybersecurity
- Analysis of human factors using sensory sensors to better support the operator in their critical tasks,
- The use of artificial intelligence to offer decision-making capabilities between different agents,

Essential Functions
- You will be responsible, in collaboration with the head of innovation, engineering and research, for the roadmap and the overall vision of one or more project portfolios for which you will be in charge.
- You will ensure the alignment of the company's strategic, research and project objectives within the same project portfolio.
- You will facilitate workshops with the various stakeholders to ensure that everyone is moving in the same direction.
- You will supervise risk management and the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
- Always in collaboration with the various project stakeholders, you will establish and communicate the objectives, schedule, performance indicators, project expectations, work to be executed, milestones and project deliverables.
- You will act as a liaison between the various project stakeholders.
- You will coordinate the various responsible parties involved to ensure the success of the project.
- You will be responsible for planning and managing the workload of the team working on your project portfolio(s).
- You will master the terms and conditions as well as the project budget.
- You will manage the billing milestones associated with the project.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a strong desire to rely on significant past experience to enter a project manager role.
