Maersk is seeking a curious, driven, and growth-oriented individual for its 18-month Pathways of the Future Graduate Program in Prague, Czech Republic. This fixed-term program offers a fast-track career launch into global logistics, providing hands-on experience in operations, sales, and supply chain solutions across Europe. Participants will engage in real projects, receive mentorship, coaching, and top-tier training, and build a global network while making a tangible impact from day one.

Must Have

• Hold (or are finishing) a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
• Have up to 2 years of work experience
• Speak Czech fluently
• Speak English fluently
• Can work in Czechia without needing a visa

Who We’re Looking For:
