As a Quality Administrator in Gullegem, you will be part of the team processing incoming returns of second-hand forklift parts. Your tasks include checking goods, performing visual inspections, and creating technical-administrative files. You will photograph parts, compare them with technical specifications, gather information from technicians, and estimate their value using a program. You will also ensure smooth communication with other TVH departments, providing feedback to sales colleagues so they can inform customers about returned parts. You critically review information and consult with your team leader for discrepancies.

Must Have

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Quality Administrator, you are part of the team in Gullegem that processes incoming returns of second-hand forklift parts. Your concrete tasks include the following:

• You process incoming parts and collateral: you check the goods, perform a visual inspection, and draw up a technical-administrative file. You take photos of the parts, compare the part with the technical sheet, request information from the technicians, and estimate the value of the part, based on a number of parameters that you enter into a program.
• You ensure smooth communication and cooperation with various departments within TVH: you provide feedback to your colleagues in the sales department, so that they can inform their customers about the returned part.
• You critically review the correctness of all information obtained and consult with the team leader in case of deviations or doubts.

Your profile

• You have at least a diploma, preferably in a technical field.
• You are administratively and communicatively strong.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch. English and French are a plus.
• You are willing to work both on PC and manually.
• You possess logical reasoning ability and are customer-oriented.
