Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior QA Lead to elevate our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of exceptional software products.
• In this crucial role, you will lead our QA team, implement best practices, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to maintain the highest standards of quality for our AWS Cloud-based platform.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with our agile development processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design and oversee the execution of advanced test plans across multiple configurations and devices.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze and report on quality metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and driving quality improvements.
• Establish and maintain QA best practices, methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Participate in release planning and management, ensuring quality gates are met Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential quality issues.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and testing in cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Bonus Points for:

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data quality principles and data integrity testing.
• Background in SaaS platforms or economic development technologies.
