Job Description

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring English and Spanish data quality, advising on improvements, working with quality reports, and validating AI quality for an international dating app. This is a remote, full-time position within a global technology company. The role involves ensuring the quality of data and the overall user experience of the dating app, contributing to the company's mission of connecting people through digital platforms. The candidate will work within a digital nomad team and contribute to shaping Social Life 3.0.
Must have:
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfil their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for one of our investment products (an innovative international dating app).

Your main tasks will be:

  • Daily monitoring of English and Spanish data quality and following quality control processes;
  • Advising on English and Spanish data quality improvement;
  • Working with various quality-improving reports;
  • Monitoring and validating AI quality;

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in English at a native speaker level - Native speaker/bilingual/lives in an English-speaking environment for at least 5 years.
  • Proficiency in French at a B2 level or higher.
  • Experience in proofreading.
  • Experience working with large data sets analysis.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
