Job Summary
The Quality Trainee will support the Quality department in ensuring product and process compliance with established standards and specifications. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to learn and contribute to quality assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Must Have
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality non-conformances.
- Support the collection and analysis of quality data, including defect rates, scrap, and rework.
- Assist in conducting internal audits of processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Support the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with quality management principles or manufacturing environments.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity with quality management principles or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is highly desirable.
