Responsibilities

CRM Expertise

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Lead and manage large-scale CRM activations from concept to execution, ensuring seamless operation across all CRM channels (e.g. push notifications, in-app messages, emails)
  • Develop, design, and implement multiple channel CRM campaigns across various platforms (such as email, SMS/WhatsApp, in-app, push, social media).
  • Ensure that all CRM activities adhere to data protection regulations and other global compliance requirements.
  • Keep yourself informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and effective strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Analysis Expertise

  • Analyze customer data to create targeted audience segments and personalized campaign content
  • Understand how data can be effectively used within a CRM context
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and enhance future campaigns
  • Use data and player insights to inform new and existing initiatives
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns, report on important indicators like engagement, monetization, and reach, and offer valuable insights for ongoing enhancement.

Technical Expertise

  • Use advanced CRM tools and technologies, with a focus on liquid scripting for dynamic content personalization.
  • Identify and implement the right segmentation strategies to target players effectively
  • Personalize communication based on player behaviors and lifecycle stages
  • Become the expert in using Braze for both scheduled and automated CRM campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning principles

General Experience

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Product teams, performance marketing, consumer marketing, marketing studio, external partners) to ensure alignment and successful execution of CRM strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience considered; Masters degree preferred)
  • Good level of experience in campaign planning and execution, with a proven track record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, segmentation, and personalization techniques
  • Proficiency in HTML and liquid scripting
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficient in using CRM software and platforms, with knowledge of liquid scripting as a plus
  • Creative individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Taking initiative, focusing on achieving goals, and paying attention to details
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the mobile games industry or within a digital business with a substantial customer base
  • International Experience: Ability to work in a diverse, international environment
